NOTD - mummy nails

Hey beautiful people

I am here today with a vary rare NOTD I am by no means a nail artist but I saw this awsum design by Cutepolish on YouTube and had to try it if you haven't checked her out DO it and tell her I sent you ;)

For this NOTD I used OPI alpine snow, OPI onyx and a random MAC red polish. Also I apologise in advance I forgot to take a pic post clean up I hope you enjoy this NOTD it was super fun and easy to do ;)

NOTD - Diva's Pretty In Pink!

Hello Beautiful People

So this is a KINDA beauty blog post =p my sister is a professional dog groomer and she got in some Doggie Nail Polish! So my Furchild was booked in for a wash and clip so my sister decided to paint Diva's toes PINK =p you can see below how happy it made her haha the close up of the nail looks a little streaky it probably required a second/third coat however I thought the over all effect was VERY cute =)

90 Day Challenge - Day 40

so i saw this nail look here -----> Nail stripes and loved it so i wanted to re-create it
i tried and failed though i dont mind HOW it acctually turned out =) mine looks like fluffy clouds lol =p sorry its not all cleaned up ORIGINALLY when i took this fail photo i was just gonna remove all polish then i kinda liked it lol i DO know where i went wrong though when i did the stripes i DIDNT let the m dry 100% so if you do this look i would wait at LEAST 10 min's before top coat otherwise the stripes melt flat still looks pretty but not wat i was after =)

i used 2x coats of China Glaze For Audrey as the base colour and
1x OPI alpine snow (for the 'clouds')
and OPI rapid top coat =)

90 Day Challenge - Day 34

soo its cold and gloomy here atm so i thought bright nails would cheer me up =)

i used China glazex2 coats of  Riveting on all nails with 3x coats of Electrify on both ring fingers =)
also i attached a red rhinestone onto each thumb =)

Pleaseeeee ignore my bad cuticles my acrylics have grown out realllly fast =( and even though i cleaned up there was a few i JUST couldnt get but over all i like it =)

90 Day Challenge - Day 15

So here is anothe NOTD =) this is my first attempt at the Triangle Mani
i went free hand like i saw on a youtube vid so they look a bit wonky next time def using a fine brush lol oh well practice makes perfect =)

i used
OPI texas collection I Vant to Be A-Lone Star for the light blue colour
and Rimmel London 60 second dry in 825 - Sky High for the dark blue =)

hope you like it =) Nails sadly arnt my forte =/ and this is my most creative look to date!

So i got my China Glaze Hunger Games Nail Polish in the mail polish (I caved and got all 12 with birthday funds =/) anyyyy who i was/am super excited to try everything
i FINALLY decided on Hook and Line for a base coat with Luxe and Lush on top

90 Day Challenge - Day 5

SOOOOOO day 5 (i am heaps proud lol) this is my NOTD =) my very first one now i am not normally a nail person buttt for my bday last month i treated myself to a set of acrylic nails =) i saw this nail polish AGES ago and thought the idea of a matte suede nail polish sounded pretty cool =) so once my nails were done i poped down to Big W (the aussie version of walmart but smaller wayyyy smaller and not as cool lol) and picked up the Revlon Matte Suede Nail polish in 933 Emerald City.

about the actual application i personally found this formula hard to work with i had to appy a REALLY thick blob and brush it out quickly as otherwise it dried weird ^^ above was 2nd attempt as you can see the pinkie finger looks weird were i buggered up a little (but i am a lazy sod so yeah lol)

on the colour i LOVE it it looks more amazing in real life i paied around $10 i think and while it WAS hard to work with once i worked out the big blob thing it wasnt so bad =p
